All owners on our site have agreed to issue clear details of their rates, and enter into a rental contract with the guests. They must also provide contact details of their management company in case of any emergencies and provide a "welcome book" for guests to learn about the home. They must also provide their cancelation policy. |
We work closely with Windsor Hills Resort management and are in contact almost daily. We are usually first to hear of any maintenance work being carried out in the resort,so we can notify owners if it will affect their guests. Email us info@theofficialwindsorhillsrent.com |
